Through the contact form on this website, we process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us:

• first and last name
• email address
• the content of your message, including any personal data you choose to include in it

We process personal data solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and getting in touch with you regarding your request or interest in cooperation.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken to enter into a contract, if you contact us regarding potential cooperation) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes and do not provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We retain personal data from the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. If our communication results in a contractual relationship, we retain the data for the period arising from that relationship and related legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

To operate this website and the contact form, we use the following third-party services, which act as our processors:

• Resend – delivery of email notifications and replies to your inquiry
• Google reCAPTCHA – protecting the form against spam and automated abuse
• Vercel – website hosting and related infrastructure

These companies may be based, or operate servers, outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). In such cases, the transfer of personal data is safeguarded by appropriate GDPR mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

This website uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance and load times. This tool does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The website currently does not use any marketing or analytics cookies that require consent.
